Required:

Bachelor's degree in business or related area from an appropriately accredited institution and four years of progressive procurement or contract administration experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Completion of the North Carolina Contract Management Certification Program within one year of hire.
Demonstrated work experience in a large, complex, cross-functional procurement environment with solid knowledge of purchasing methods, procedures, and considerable working knowledge of General Statutes, Administrative Code, NC Procurement Manual, and State Term Contracts.
Ability to develop and negotiate strategies and procedures promoting measurable contract requirements.
