About the Role
As a Contracted Licensed Professional Counselor, you will facilitate Counseling Intensives designed to promote renewal and transformational growth for pastors, missionaries, and other Christian leaders. Your responsibilities will include addressing various leadership and personal challenges, delivering counseling sessions, collaborating with clients to create growth plans, and providing thorough documentation post-intensive.
About You
Required:
- Master’s or doctoral-level Licensed Professional Counselor with relevant experience in Christian ministry.
- Current licensure in the state of Colorado.
- A committed, personal relationship with Jesus Christ, demonstrated through a lifestyle aligned with Christian values.
- Agreement with QuietWaters’ Statement of Faith, Theoretical Basis for Counseling, and Position Statements.
- Holds and maintains professional liability insurance.
Preferred:
- Prior vocational ministry experience.
- Experience in addressing leadership and personal challenges such as burnout, trauma, and emotional health concerns.
Benefits
- $95 per 50–60-minute session.
- Flexible weekly hours from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm M-F.
