Summary
Booz Allen Hamilton International (U.K.) Ltd is seeking a Contracts Acquisition Analyst Project Lead to join their team in Washington, DC. The role involves serving as a contracting functional expert and performing contract management duties.
About the Role
As a Contracts Acquisition Analyst Project Lead, you will assist with pre-award, award, and post-award activities, develop and maintain acquisition documentation, and manage contract actions and milestones. You will also perform program management duties, monitor contract financial allocations, and provide support for program reviews and meetings.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in contract management or contract administration supporting the Department of Navy or the DoD.
- Experience leading a team of contracts analysts and overseeing the management of multiple contracts.
- Experience drafting pre-award acquisition documents and post-award contract management documents.
- Experience navigating and using the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations System (DFARS).
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365 applications and tools.
- Knowledge of contract concepts and contract acquisition laws and regulations.
- Ability to independently draft all pre-award documentation for an RFP package.
- Ability to independently analyze contracting and financial metrics.
- Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting Acquisition Category (ACAT) and non-ACAT programs.
- Experience with the Defense Acquisition System (DAS) process, Congressional Enactment process, and Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF) Pathways.
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail.
- Possession of strong analytical, problem-solving, research, and organizational skills.
- Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills.
- DoD DAWIA, CFCM, or other Industry Certification.
