Summary
Pitney Bowes is seeking a Contracts Manager - Commercial to join their Legal Department supporting the Presort business. This position is fully remote and reports directly to the Presort business unit attorney.
About the Role
As a Contracts Manager, you will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws, and collaborate with internal counsel and business stakeholders. You will identify and communicate contract risks, maintain organized contract files, and support process improvements while handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a contracts management or administration role within a corporate legal department or similar environment.
- Proven experience editing and negotiating complex, client-facing commercial agreements.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred:
- Exposure to contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and e-signature tools (e.g., Salesforce, SharePoint, DocuSign).
- Knowledge of data privacy and information security considerations in commercial contracts.
