About the Role
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, identifying and mitigating risks, and collaborating with internal teams. You will also maintain accurate records, advise on contractual obligations, and provide training on contract management best practices.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, corporate law, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management, and industry-specific regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in defense and aerospace industry.
- Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or similar professional certification.
