About the Role

As a Contracts Manager I, you will manage the performance of assigned contracts, lead negotiations, and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. You will guide your team in analyzing critical contractual information, evaluate contractual risks, and oversee task planning. Additionally, you will coordinate training and business meetings to enhance cross-functional knowledge of contracting requirements.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
7 or more years of related experience, including 2 years in a project lead role.
Contract management certification.

Preferred:

Contracts management certification preferred.
Advanced degree (MS/MBA/JD) may be preferred.
Program Management certification or other relevant certifications.
