About the Role
As a Control Manager - Vice President, you will challenge the status quo and support overall program governance while engaging with business and cross-line teams to improve processes. Your responsibilities include managing reporting deliverables, developing automation opportunities, and providing hands-on support for critical operations functions. You will also assist in identifying gaps in policies and procedures and manage documentation based on firmwide guidance.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years working in business operations, data analysis, or risk/control management.
- Experience in evaluating complex business problems and implementing solutions.
- Ability to make independent risk-based decisions and advise stakeholders on risk management practices.
- Strong skills in change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and LLM, along with advanced MS Office skills.
Preferred:
- Deep policy and regulatory expertise across businesses and products.
- Experience in analyzing complex data and identifying automation opportunities.
