- BS degree in Accounting or a similar degree, or 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with MS suite, ERP computer systems, and financial reporting tools.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- CPA or CMA certification.
- Ability to effectively present information to executive management, customers, and vendors.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
