About the Role

As a Controller, you will analyze and review balance sheet accounts, confirm financial statements, develop and manage budgets, oversee cash management, ensure compliance with GAAP, and supervise payroll and tax compliance. You will also train and mentor a high-performing team and manage cross-functional relationships to drive organizational success.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree
Active CPA license with a strong foundation in GAAP and financial reporting
6+ years of progressive corporate accounting/public accounting audit responsibility
Proven experience leading a team of professionals
Demonstrated experience with utilizing accounting software

Preferred:

Background in public accounting (Big 4 or national/regional firm)
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, or PE-backed environment
