About the Role

As a Controller, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the accounting and finance department, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and assisting in budget development and financial reporting. You will also oversee audits and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets.

About You

Required:

Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting/Finance.
At least 5 years’ experience in public accounting.
Experience with Microsoft Windows Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications.
Ability to prioritize, troubleshoot and resolve problems.

Preferred:

At least 2 years working in grants management and/or community health.
At least 1 year in a management or supervisory role.
Experience with MIP.
