About the Role

As the Controller, Founding Finance Lead, you will work directly with the founder and leadership team to establish and professionalize finance processes. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end accounting, month-end close, managing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and producing financial statements. You will also be involved in budgeting, forecasting, and acting as a finance partner to the founder and commercial leadership.

About You

Required:

6-12+ years of accounting and finance experience in startup or high-growth environments.
Experience owning month-end close and core accounting processes.
Comfortable being hands-on without a large team.

Preferred:

Strong Accounting Manager, FP&A Manager, or early Controller ready for a first Head of Finance-style role.
Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
CPA a plus, not required.
