About the Role

As a Controller, you will oversee and maintain the company’s financial records, ensure compliance with accounting regulations, serve as the primary contact for auditors, manage internal books and reconciliations, analyze financial transactions, and continuously improve accounting procedures to support company growth.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, or 5–7 years of equivalent hands-on experience.
Strong working knowledge of GAAP principles (CPA preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software a plus.
Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while partnering with leadership.
