About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 7+ years of accounting experience; 3+ years in a Controller or senior leadership role.
- Property-level accounting experience required.
- Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls expertise.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with modern accounting systems (NetSuite, Ramp, Yardi, Sage Intacct).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in senior living, assisted living, healthcare, multifamily, or multi-site operations.
