About the Role
As a Conversational AI Platform Developer I, you will be responsible for intent creation, conversation design, and supporting API integrations. Your daily tasks will include building basic intents and processes, analyzing business requirements, executing unit tests, monitoring platform performance, and supporting defect troubleshooting efforts. You will work under supervision and collaborate with team members to enhance the capabilities of the Conversational AI Platforms.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant technical experience for service centers required.
- Demonstrated understanding of CAIP technology and related telecommunications devices, networks, software, and systems required.
- Knowledge of API integration protocols and web standards (e.g. OAuth, SSL, CORS, JWT) required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders required.
Preferred:
- 1 year coding experience writing functions in object-oriented programming languages preferred.
- Knowledge of the Financial Services industry as well as trends and current events preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Bi-lingual - Spanish speaking a plus preferred.
