Carry is seeking a Conversion & Lifecycle Marketing Lead to join their team in Brooklyn, NY. The role focuses on converting website visitors into paying customers and building automation systems for customer retention.
About the Role
As the Conversion & Lifecycle Marketing Lead, you will own the conversion performance of carry.com, including homepage, product pages, and CTAs. You will build a continuous experimentation roadmap, diagnose customer journey friction, and write conversion copy. Additionally, you will develop and manage the lifecycle email system to enhance customer engagement and retention.
About You
Required:
2+ years of experience in fintech or a regulated financial product.
Proven experience running CRO experiments on a marketing or product website.
Experience building lifecycle email automations in a B2C or prosumer context.
Preferred:
Strong conversion copywriting skills.
Deep understanding of trust, compliance, and financial education's impact on conversion.
Ability to own a system end-to-end, from diagnosis to measurement.
