About the Role
As a Converting Crew Leader, you will be responsible for shift work, developing a climate that encourages employee participation in continuous development, recommending upgrades for converting operations, mentoring technicians, and supporting long-range plans and activities at the site.
About You
Required:
- 4-7 years of manufacturing and supervisory experience combined.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering in lieu of supervisory experience will be considered.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to engage others in problem-solving.
Preferred:
- Lean Sigma experience.
- Solid understanding of converting systems and business processes, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
