About the Role
As a Cook - Dietary Aide, you will assist in meal preparation, follow dietary orders, serve meals, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. You will work closely with the Food Service Manager to meet the nutritional needs of residents and maintain a sanitary food preparation environment.
About You
Required:
- Sufficient education to demonstrate functional literacy.
- A minimum of one (1) year institutional food service experience as a cook.
Preferred:
- Experience in long-term care food production.
