Your responsibilities will include directing Culinary Associates, managing inventory, adhering to safety and sanitation protocols, and preparing meals according to community diet plans.
About You
Required:
- Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
- Ability to work responsibly as a team member and individually.
- Effective communication skills in a care setting.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- ServSafe Certification.
Preferred:
- High school diploma/GED.
- 1-2 years prior experience in a food service department.
- Experience as a cook in a private/hospitality/healthcare setting.
