About the Role
As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing made-to-order breakfast items, serving meals according to standardized recipes, ensuring food quality and presentation, maintaining a clean kitchen, and providing excellent customer service to residents and guests. You will also support meal service for daily dining and special events, monitor food storage, and collaborate with team members to enhance the dining experience.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of cooking experience in a restaurant, senior living, or similar environment.
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and dietary requirements.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- ServSafe/Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain).
Preferred:
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Experience with therapeutic diets.
