About the Role
As a Cook I, you will be responsible for providing quality customer service, preparing a variety of food items, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You will work under the supervision of the Director of Dining Services or Executive Chef, and your duties will include cooking, portioning, and presenting food items, as well as assisting in food prep assignments during off-peak periods.
About You
Required:
- Food Handler Certification required.
- High School diploma or GED.
- 6 Months Kitchen Work as a Cook's Assistant.
Preferred:
- 6 Months Kitchen Work as a Cook or work as a Prep Cook.
