About You
- Associate's degree in family and child development, early childhood development, social work, adult learning, or related field; or within 18 months of hire, a relevant credential or certification.
- Professional proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of administration, budgeting, purchasing systems management, and public relations.
- Experience developing consistent, stable, and supportive relationships with young children.
- Ability to exercise professional judgment and evaluation before making decisions.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, children, parents, and outside agencies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with individuals and teams at all levels.
- Proven problem solving and time management skills.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish or English).
