About the Role
As a Coordinator, you will lead and mentor a team of clinicians, conduct performance appraisals, oversee documentation audits, and facilitate coordination of client discharges. You will also participate in agency-wide training and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring the implementation of Evidence-Based Practices.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mental/behavioral health.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Preferred:
- Active New Hampshire LICSW or LCMHC licensure.
- Supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
