- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Communications or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in retail or corporate retail operations.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and organized with strong project management skills.
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Proven ability to influence peers and senior management.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and timelines.
