About the Role
As a Corporate & Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for advising clients on corporate governance, entity formation, and commercial issues. Your daily tasks will include supporting due diligence, drafting transaction documents, and closing mergers and acquisitions. You will also draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and development contracts while managing a high volume of clients and matters with exceptional organizational skills.
About You
Required:
- Licensed to practice law in Indiana
- Experience advising clients in corporate governance and entity formation
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience in corporate and/or real estate law
- Portable book of business
- Experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and leases
