Chazin is seeking a Corporate Accounting Clerk for a part-time remote position. The role involves supporting day-to-day accounting operations for a woman-owned firm specializing in nonprofit accounting.
About the Role
As a Corporate Accounting Clerk, you will maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, and assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations. Your responsibilities will include entering transactions into BILL and SAGE Intacct, processing invoices, preparing month-end close, and managing Excel workbooks. This position offers a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in accounting while working collaboratively in a remote environment.
About You
Required:
- Associates level in accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, virtual team setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred:
- Experience with Sage Intacct and Bill.com.
- Payroll processing experience.
