About the Role
As a Junior Corporate Associate, you will support and execute M&A transactions from diligence through closing, draft and review transaction documents, assist with capital markets and venture capital-related matters, conduct due diligence, and work closely with partners and senior associates in a lean staffing model.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of transactional experience (Class of 2022–2023 preferred).
- Large law firm or comparable corporate department training required.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred:
- M&A experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in capital markets, credit facilities, or venture capital considered.
