About You
- 3-4 years of legal experience at a law firm, government agency, or in-house legal department.
- JD from a T30 law school with an excellent academic record.
- Genuine motivation to develop a career in a new practice area and commit to a steep learning curve.
- Strong communication skills and comfort in an open environment.
- Attention to detail in document preparation.
- Experience in trading documentation or securities finance is not required but is a plus.
- Ability to implement administrative and managerial directives.

Harry Jho LLC is a boutique law firm specializing in the areas of OTC derivatives, Prime Brokerage, and Securities Finance. In addition to providing documentation support, the Firm provides sophisticated legal solutions and advice to hedge funds and leading international banks and broker-dealers with respect to their counterparty risk management and efficient margin management challenges. The Firm also advises the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. with respect to its equity derivatives initiatives, including the 2011 ISDA Equity Derivatives Definitions and its Master Confirmation Agreements. The Firm is comprised of attorneys, a team of Analysts, and other supporting personnel. Our attorneys serve in a senior advisory capacity and our Analyst team functions in a capacity similar to that of the documentation units found at the major dealers. Given the high degree of specialization involved in our areas of practice, we place great importance on understanding the business and operations of trading firms. All of our senior attorneys have practiced in-house at major dealers, and we have arranged for a number of our Analysts to be seconded to work on-site with both buy and sell side clients.
