About the Role
As a Corporate Attorney, you will draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts, advise on regulatory compliance, and support various business units on legal matters. You will also assist in corporate legal tasks, manage special projects, and provide training on trade compliance to Sales and Marketing teams.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
- J.D. or LLM required from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Current Bar License in Kentucky or eligibility to obtain it.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with a law firm or in-house, specifically in commercial contracting.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Familiarity with generative AI technologies, including ChatGPT.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations.
- Experience with labor and employment law.
