About the Role
As a Corporate Compliance Manager, you will ensure adherence to system-wide standards and regulatory guidelines through the implementation of established risk management systems. You will be responsible for analytics, quality assurance, performance improvement planning, and maintaining effective communication with facility administrators and corporate leadership. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison with external professionals and oversee internal and external review activities for assigned sites.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field required.
- At least 5 years of direct residential experience working with youth.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Supervisory experience.
