About the Role
As a Corporate Counsel, you will learn and understand Lutron's business while providing legal counsel on compliance topics such as Data Privacy and Sustainability. You will draft and negotiate various commercial agreements, develop training for employees, and help build efficient legal processes to support company growth.
About You
Required:
- 3-5 years of legal experience, preferably at a top-tier national or international law firm.
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
- Proven analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with companies in technology and/or manufacturing.
- Demonstrated interest in technology, such as an undergraduate major or minor in a STEM field.
