About You
- 4+ years of relevant legal experience (in-house and/or at a law firm).
- Strong working knowledge of relevant data privacy laws in the US (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, GLBA).
- Ability to coordinate cross-functionally on data privacy and product design issues.
- Proven ability to translate complex legal requirements into actionable policies.
- Experience with tax return information confidentiality and related governance expectations.
- Ability to engage in detailed analysis of data-driven products to assess privacy risks.
- A learning mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous situations.
