About You
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school.
- Active Utah bar membership or eligibility for in-house counsel registration in Utah.
- 6-8 years of legal practice in a law firm or corporate setting, focusing on commercial transactions, corporate law, or compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex matters independently.
- Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience in medical device, biotech, or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with CFIUS, ITAR/EAR export control, or federal contracting requirements.
- Exposure to corporate finance, equity administration, or board governance.
- Previous in-house experience at a scaling or venture-backed company.
