About the Role
As a Corporate Development Senior Analyst, you will spend approximately 80% of your time on end-to-end M&A activities, which include conducting market research to identify new targets, preparing investment memos and strategic analyses for senior stakeholders, supporting negotiations and due diligence, and managing post-acquisition reporting. The remaining 20% will focus on broader value-creation initiatives, enhancing M&A infrastructure through AI processes, drafting quarterly updates for executives, and maintaining departmental resources.
About You
Required:
- 2-3 years of prior M&A experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Experience in corporate development roles within investment banking.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled processes in M&A.
