About the Role
As a Corporate Internal Communications Executive Director, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, develop and implement internal communications strategies, master key communication channels, champion the use of large language models, collaborate with internal partners, and measure key metrics to improve communication effectiveness.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in corporate internal communications at a financial services firm or another complex global institution with frequent regulatory engagement.
- Ability to influence C-Suite leaders and win buy-in for changes in communication strategies.
- Excellent writing and editing abilities and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for motivating and coaching matrixed direct reports.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex topics and develop narratives that support business goals.
- Knowledge of best practices for leveraging large language models for content creation.
- Excellent organizational skills, adept at managing multiple high-priority initiatives.
Preferred:
- In-depth understanding of the financial services industry, particularly regulatory considerations.
- Familiarity with major financial news outlets and trends in the financial services industry.
