About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline.
- Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, strategy, transaction services, consulting, or similar analytical roles.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting fundamentals, and key business performance drivers.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and research skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with financial statements, transaction processes, or cross-functional project work.
- Experience using Datasite and Grata.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with a proven ability to build and maintain complex financial models.
- Understanding of core valuation methodologies, including DCF and precedent transactions.
