- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Good reading comprehension and math skills.
- Willingness to travel and ability to lift up to 50 pounds overhead.
- Ability to work around grease, oils, inks, and solvents without adverse reaction.
- Ability to climb up and down ladders and stand, walk, bend, or stoop throughout the day.
- 20/20 vision with correction to detect minor defects and ability to differentiate color.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of injection molding and bottle making machines.
- Hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and electronics troubleshooting skills.
