Summary
Fivetran is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their growing Legal team in Oakland, CA. The role involves providing crucial support across the Corporate Legal function, including corporate governance and complex corporate transactions.
About the Role
As a Corporate Paralegal, you will support routine and complex corporate governance across all subsidiaries, manage board materials, assist with regulatory filings, and provide project management for corporate transactions such as M&A and financing rounds. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner with outside counsel on various corporate matters, while also managing due diligence and KYC requests.
About You
Required:
- Undergraduate degree from a 4-year accredited institution.
- 8+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal and/or legal operations professional at a technology company or law firm.
- Proven track record of scaling corporate operations processes such as signing authority frameworks and record management systems.
- Substantial experience supporting IPO, M&A transactions and financing rounds, with demonstrated end-to-end transaction management.
- Strong working knowledge of corporate governance, subsidiary management, SEC compliance, and regulatory filings.
- Exceptional drafting, organizational and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
