About the Role

You will conduct interviews, coordinate offers, and maintain recruiting data to track success.
About You
Required:
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting (clinic, hospital, or medical office preferred).
- Proven success sourcing passive candidates.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
- Experience using ATS platforms (UKG, JazzHR or similar).
