Summary
Flow Control Group is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join their team in Brockton, MA. The role involves managing a high-volume portfolio of requisitions and supporting diverse talent needs across their network of brands.
About the Role
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions, influence and communicate effectively with HR and hiring leaders, provide strategic guidance to meet talent needs, and ensure a consistent and engaging candidate experience. You will also collaborate with team members, maintain accurate candidate records, and stay current on recruiting compliance.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an industrial/distribution setting.
- Proven success partnering with executive and senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong consultative approach and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience using an ATS; Ceridian Dayforce experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated learning agility and adaptability.
