About the Role
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer, operate as a trusted talent advisor, lead intake and strategy sessions with hiring managers, build and maintain pipelines for critical roles, tailor sourcing strategies, deliver effective candidate messaging, share market intelligence, use recruiting metrics to guide decision-making, and maintain a focus on performance metrics.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in talent acquisition.
- 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with 2+ years of experience recruiting for sales, client-facing, or revenue-generating roles.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of applicant tracking system; Paylocity preferred.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and consultative skills with business leaders.
