As a Corporate Trainer specializing in Workers Compensation, you will assess training needs, collaborate with stakeholders to create customized training solutions, develop and deliver training programs, design training materials, facilitate engaging training sessions, evaluate training effectiveness, stay updated on Workers Compensation laws, provide ongoing support to employees, and report on training activities to management.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workers Compensation claims management, HR, or Risk Management, with at least 3 years in a training or educational role.
- Strong knowledge of Workers Compensation laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective and interactive training programs.
Preferred:
- Relevant certifications in Workers Compensation or adult education.
- Proficiency in using training technologies and e-learning platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
