About You
- Master's or bachelor's degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, systems analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in MarTech or enterprise marketing systems leadership.
- Proven experience in implementing and optimizing Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics.
- Strong engineering background with hands-on experience in microservices architecture and cloud-native solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with other marketing technologies, such as CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong experience implementing Agile frameworks and IT governance best practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
