About the Role
As a Correctional Casework Manager, you will provide immediate supervision to your team, assess offenders' risks and needs, coordinate with facility staff on re-entry issues, and maintain high security standards. You will also conduct orientations for new offenders and motivate them towards positive change.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or High School Equivalent (HSE).
- At least 2+ years of experience in social work, corrections, criminal justice, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Indiana Risk Assessment System Certification within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to write records of offenders and manage staff work.
