As a Corrections Facility Maintenance Manager 1, you will manage maintenance and trades staff, plan and prioritize tasks, create annual budgets, supervise maintenance and repair tasks, conduct training on regulations and safety protocols, handle employee grievances, and conduct staff meetings.
About You
Required:
- Two years of experience as a Building Maintenance Foreman, Utility Plant Supervisor, or Corrections Tradesman Instructor with a specialty in trades such as Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.
- Six years of experience in construction, maintenance, or repair of buildings, including two years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Preferred:
- Successful completion of basic training in Elizabethtown, PA.
- Ability to perform essential job functions.
