About the Role
As a Cost Accountant, you will be a key member of the plant operations finance team responsible for the development, analysis, and reporting of standard costing and P&L results in SAP for TA Instruments plants. Your responsibilities will include working with procurement, planning, and manufacturing operations on SAP material master data, assisting in the annual cost roll process, improving product costing models, supporting year-end costing activities, analyzing manufacturing costs, conducting variance analysis, and completing month-end close journal entries.
About You
Required:
- BS in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of experience in Cost Accounting within a multi-site manufacturing company
- Experience analyzing production-related credits and variances, including Absorption, Material Burden, PPV, and Production Variance
- SAP ECC, S4 Hana, or similar ERP finance and costing module experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Advanced Excel, data analysis, SAP ECC/S4 Hana, Analysis for Office, Power BI experience
