About the Role
As a Cost Accountant, you will manage month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing processes, analyze inventory costing methodologies and variances, review manufacturing variances, prepare standard journal entries, and collaborate with plant managers and external teams to ensure accurate financial data and inventory management.

Required:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of cost and inventory accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with cost analytics and manufacturing accounting processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
