About the Role

As a Cost Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for leading the SAP S/4 HANA migration, ensuring precise process documentation, and collaborating with IT and manufacturing teams. Your tasks will include overseeing data validation, managing project timelines, and supporting month-end close activities related to inventory and cost accounting. You will also drive automation opportunities and contribute to financial reporting and variance analysis.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing finance, focusing on inventory and cost accounting.
Extensive hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA, particularly within Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) modules.
In-depth understanding of semiconductor cost structures and manufacturing variance analysis.
Proven skills in process documentation and system design.

Preferred:

Experience or strong interest in AI, automation, or advanced analytics.
Exceptional attention to detail and advanced analytical skills.
