- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- CPA, EA, MAI, ASA, CMI, or PE designation.
- Experience performing cost segregation studies or related construction duties.
- Knowledge of federal rules and regulations governing tax depreciation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
