About the Role
As a Cost Segregation Tax Manager, you will develop and execute project work plans, lead cost segregation projects, conduct depreciation lookback analysis, and manage Section 179D and Section 45L incentive certification projects. You will also identify value-added opportunities, mentor staff, and maintain exceptional client relationships in a fast-paced team environment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Engineering; MST is a plus.
- At least 4+ years of experience in public accounting, preferably with Big 4 or large regional firms.
- CPA or PE credential required.
Preferred:
- Experience in cost segregation and related subject matter areas.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
