About the Role
As a COTA, you will assist Occupational Therapists in directing occupational therapy services and programs in accordance with regulations. Your responsibilities include maintaining documentation, ensuring effective communication regarding OT programs, participating in discharge planning, and maintaining a positive work environment. You will also be expected to meet efficiency standards and maintain continuing education credits.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy Assistants; Associates level degree for COTA.
- Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state assigned.
Preferred:
- Long term care experience.
